The Sarajevo Hunting Association respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through this website and how we use it.

Data we collect

We collect data only when you voluntarily provide it through our forms: the membership application (first and last name, date of birth, personal identification number, address, contact details and preferred section) and the contact form (name, email and message). We do not collect data without your consent.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to handle your application or respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Retention and security

We keep data only as long as the stated purposes require. Visitors' IP addresses are stored exclusively in encrypted (hashed) form to protect the forms from abuse. We measure visits with Google Analytics, but only if you agree to it; without your consent nothing is stored on your device, as described in the Cookie Policy. The server keeps an access log (time, requested address, browser type and the page you arrived from) in order to count visits; the IP address is shortened before it is written, so the record cannot identify you. These logs are kept for at most 13 months.
